We aim to have your quote back within 48 hours of the site visit. In most instances we will provide your quote on the same day! However, for larger and more technical work, or where permits are required we may require additional time. 

During our visit, we will inform you of the estimated time in which you will receive your quote. Please ensure your contact details are correct as we will send them directly to your provided email. Sometime these can end up in junk folders by mistake. 

Our working hours are;

Mon - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Saturday: Closed.

Sunday: Closed.

The general time it will take to complete a job could be anywhere from 10 days - 1 month. For larger jobs we may take more than 1 month. Your project manager will discuss the time frame as part of the on-site assessment and quoting.
